VARP004
A variator pulley is a component of a motorcycle's continuously variable transmission (CVT) system. It adjusts the gear ratio automatically to match engine speed with road speed, optimizing performance and fuel efficiency. The variator pulley consists of two main parts: the drive pulley and the driven pulley. As the engine speed changes, the variator pulley alters the distance between these two pulleys, effectively changing the gear ratio. This allows for smooth acceleration and deceleration without the need for manual gear shifting.
